Wave Realty, LLC, was formed to be a fully integrated real estate company to acquire, develop, and originate loans for income producing residential, multi-family, mixed use and other commercial real estate. We generate revenue from residential rentals, development activities and on the resell of properties we develop. Our principal offices are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which is our primary market.

Through our wholly own general contracting subsidiary we act as an in house developer which affords us a cost advantage in our development activities. We seek to earn third party developer fees for projects that we do not own but have been solicited to consult on.
