Wave Realty, LLC has been established to operate as an investment fund which provides an opportunity for individual and institutional investors to invest in a diversified portfolio of rental apartments and mix use properties in and around the Philadelphia, PA area.

Our model is to conduct business differently by treating investors with honesty no matter the cost, maintain our integrity and to be transparent and accessible. We ensure the financial interest of our investors come first and we will not unnecessarily risk capital. Wave Realty, LLC has and will continue to focus on properties that will generate an annual pre-tax Internal Rate of Return in excess of 15% per year (including distributions from operations, refinancing and sale) which will enable us to make a minimum cash distribution to investors from operations of at least 8% per year.
